Delete from the app
- Open Table for Two and go to Settings.
- Open your profile / Account.
- Choose Delete Account, read the confirmation, and confirm if you want to proceed.
This is permanent. Save any recipes or information you want to keep first. If you cannot reach the deletion action or no longer have access to your account, email privacy@tablefortwo.fyi for help. We may need to verify your identity; never send a password. Guest sessions may need assistance identifying the session when no email is linked.
What the deletion process removes
The deletion process removes your authentication account, profile and user records, profile images, associated recipe/cookbook share-link records, relevant AI usage records, and Alexa linking credentials associated with your account.
If other people remain in your kitchen, their kitchen and shared content remain available to them. If you are the last member, the kitchen and its associated recipe, shopping-list, meal-plan, and referenced image data are removed through the deletion flow. Deleting a shared kitchen affects its content, so coordinate with other members and save what you need first.
Some storage cleanup can be asynchronous or fail temporarily. Contact us if a deletion fails or information remains unexpectedly. We may retain limited information in logs, backups, financial or legal records, and abuse-prevention records where necessary. See Privacy Policy: Retention and deletion.
Things account deletion does not do
- Cancel Apple subscriptions: cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings to stop renewal.
- Erase Apple Health entries: manage entries separately in Apple Health.
- Recall someone else’s saved copies: recipients may retain content you previously shared.
- Delete independent third-party records: Apple, Amazon, and other services may retain records under their own rules.
